Bad Timing Experts

Know anyone like this? If they're a professional at anything, it's at having bad timing with things. For example, a friend of mine visited me in the hospital in May of '03, three months before months before my brain surgery. She was rambling about her job and said, and I quote, "Well, you know, it's not brain surgery." She immediately apologized, but I just had to laugh. My dad has a way of doing this too, especially in restaurants. Right as our waiter or waitress walks by, he'll say something perverted or the room will get extremely quiet right when he decides to speak loudly. Know anyone like that? It just seems to come naturally to them, doesn't it? It surely takes a lot of talent to be a bad timing expert.
