Bush's Approval Increases

As I suspected after the death of Al-Zarqawi, Bush's approval ratings have improved. In the Harris Poll, Bush's approval is up from 29% to 33%. In the Rasmussen Report, Bush is up to 40%. In the IBD/TIPP Presidential Leadership Index, Bush received a 44.2 rating, up from 39.1. While I cannot be certain on the IBD/TIPP, the other two polls do suggest that the public has shown more support for Bush now than in previous months, most likely to do with Al-Zarqawi's death.
