San Diego Is "The Perfect Island"
An old friend of mine and I talked about the perfect island on which to find and live one day. It'd always be sunny, with a slight breeze and temperatures around 75 on a regular basis. Well, I've come to inform my friend that this "island" exists and is not too far away. Where is it? San Diego, California. Where temperatures are rarely extreme, where the sun is typically shining, and where there is typically that slight breeze.
My family and I stayed there for 5 days (4 nights) and the worst thing about the trip was coming back to Nebraska. We arrived back home late Tuesday night and when I woke up on Wednesday, the heat index was already 95 degrees (70% humidity). Right when I woke up that morning, I wanted to snap my fingers and be back in San Diego.
I think it'd be awfully difficult to get depressed while in San Diego. Beaches, Surfing, Ocean water, Babes, Perfect Weather, Abundant Sunshine, Laid Back Folk, A Diverse Array of Restaurants, Water Parks, Amusement Parks, Shamu, The Zoo, Plenty of Places To Go To Hang Out With Friends and Family or Meet New People. Yeah, I found that perfect "island" and it's just an hour north of Mexico along the Pacific Ocean.
