Here's a crazy idea...

With the recent bill that's been passed in Mexico legalizing small dosages of drugs, an idea has dawned in on me. We can give all U.S. and Mexican citizens drug tests. All who fail the drug test up here can be sent down to Mexico and all that pass the test can be legal citizens of the U.S. We can then put that silly gate around all of Mexico, making it a drug island of sorts. So, the Mexicans who want to be good U.S. citizens will be happy. Those that want the drugs will have their drugs. The legal citizens in the U.S. who are high as cirrus clouds will be down south and high as ever. Everyone will be happy, except for those that become addicted to those drugs and go through withdrawals when they're not able to get some on a particular day.
