"Mission: Impossible 3" Review

What's there to say about the movie? If you liked the first two, you're certain to like this one. In fact, this one is probably better than the first two (especially the second).

As can be expected, it's action-packed, fast-paced, and well acted, as it stars Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Laurence Fishburne along with Tom Cruise.

Love or hate the guy, Tom Cruise is in some pretty good movies. I don't care for the guy too much as a person, but he knows which movies to star in (for the most part).

Phillip Seymour Hoffman is showing his diversity as an actor, going from his star role in his Oscar-winning performance in "Capote" to the "bad guy" in this film. As usual, he gives a fine performance.

There's really not too much to say about the film. It's exactly what one can expect of a "Mission: Impossible" film, with the added elements of two find actors in Hoffman and Fishburne. It won't win any awards, but that's not what its purpose is. The purpose of flicks like this is to provide quality entertainment, a film one can eat popcorn throughout its duration, and to make a two hour movie seem to last an hour. "Mission: Impossible 3" accomplishes the mission on all three of those levels to provide for the audience (and critics) the most entertaining of the "Mission: Impossible" films thus far.

Grade: 6.5/10
