Okay, so that's not true. I only write that because an old friend of mine just recently called and let me know she's reading one of these books and told me how "insightful" it is. She actually just finished it yesterday and when she told me about this "insight," I laughed (on the inside, that is) and thought to myself, yeah, an 8-year old could tell you that for free.

Her main point was that one needs to be happy with themselves before they can be happy with another. I can't tell you how long I've been telling her that, because how do I put this? She was next in line to Jim Carrey to star as "The Grinch." She pointed out how if one is negative all the time, they'll likely attract the negative and if one is positive, they'll attract the positive. I read that in a fortune cookie once.

The best part is, there are a series of questions at the end of every chapter and since I'm her guy friend, I get to lend her "insight" to her answers. That'll be fun.
