David Stern's New Rule

There's a rule change in the NBA. Commissioner David Stern is attempting to lessen the whining that goes on during a game by penalizing players with a technical foul if they are dramatic after a foul call. While I am sick of the whining that goes on during the course of a game, attempting to get the players to quit cold turkey would be like to get baseball managers to quit storming out onto the field and arguing with umpires. It's not going to happen. Love it or hate it, it's part of the game. How about offering a bonus check to players who don't whine or to those who raise their hand after they've committed a foul? That might get their ears perked and could do the trick.
